I LOVE MY NEEDLES CASE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE BECAUSE …

“… First, this is a small firm, and I am the only legal assistant, secretary, janitor, banker, errand runner, etc., here!!! I have only been on Needles for 11 months……but have already found out that all I need to do to find an address or telephone number is to search in Needles.  Putting in “every name, telephone number, etc.” as it comes across my desk is now a habit.  And these names are now there when anyone needs them!  Needles was a huge help in getting out 1099s this year.  Asking (rather than waiting until it is too late) for a Social Security No. or Tax ID No. is also a good habit to get into.  This info wa there when I needed it the most……at the end of the year!

My job is writing to request medical records and billing.  Needles is terrific for tracking these items as I mail the letters, and as the records and billings come into the office.

Needles is great for “intakes” that I do, and then forwarding those to Ms. Lawing for her review.  WE keep our Needles calendar up-to-date, and review the Checklist summary every day.
